attending a conference workshop?

Pre-conference Workshops will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, before the main program begins on Thursday morning. All workshops will be held in downtown Boulder, either at The St. Julien Hotel or across the street at Boulder Digital Works.

Registration for Workshops is now closed. Sorry, we will not be offering walk-up registration in Boulder.

If you have purchased workshop(s), stop by our registration table in the St. Julien Hotel main lobby to pick up your conference badge and attendee packet. We'll be ready to greet you starting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 9th. Please allow enough time prior to the start of your workshop to get checked in. (We recommend at least 15 minutes.) Morning Workshops start at 9:30 a.m. and Afternoon Workshops start at 2:00 p.m.

cancellation policy

Can't come to the conference after all? Don't worry, there are a number of ways to set you free - although we may talk about you behind your back.

Tickets are transferable
You can always sell or give to a friend or colleague. Contact interaction@ixda.org to change over registration details (your friend may want your ticket but may not want to wear your name around her neck for 3 days).

Need a refund?
We'll give you back your money, but since interaction design is all about incentive, we need to incent you to stick with it - so the refund schedule looks like this:

• Before Jan 9, 2011, 75% refund
• After Jan 9, 2011, 0% refund
